The page is divided into the following sections:

Field Descriptions
The following fields are available on the Member Details page:
-
Member Name and ID: The Member's name and ID as entered by the member during the sign-up process. The member can update his or her name using the Profile tab on the Home page. This information can be updated by administrators using the Update Profile option at the bottom of the page.
-
Member Email Address: The member's email address as provided during the sign-up process, or edited on the Profile tab of the Home page. The email address can also be updated from the Update Profile option.
-
Repair Center: The Repair Center entered during the sign up process is displayed for member records created from the First Time Login Process.
-
Access Status: A control to indicate whether or not this member's access to Maintenance Connection is enabled. The control is color coded to highlight the user's current status.
Only users with an Approved Access status will be able to log into Maintenance Connection. For further information, see: Approve New Members or Modify Membership Data.
-
Access Group: The access group to which this member belongs. A user's access group defines the modules, features, and capabilities that are available to members of the group. In addition to determining access to Maintenance Connection applications and features, access groups define specific permissions, such as the ability to approve work orders or the ability to delete records.
-
Applications: The applications which will be available to the user (through the Application Chooser during login). Application options include:
-
MGR: Gives access to all system applications
-
MGRD: Takes the user directly to the MRO Work Center, without having to select an application
-
R: Service Requester only
-
RPT: Reporter and MC Express
-
TWC: Technician Work Center and MC Express
-
TWCRPT: Technician Work Center, Reporter, and MC Express
-
DASH: KPI Dashboard and MC Express
Access to MC Express as referenced in the above list is contingent upon your license agreement. Application settings for concurrent licensing differ slightly from the named licensing model reflected here. -
-
Session Time Out: The session time out indicates the number of minutes that should be allowed to pass without interaction with the system before the member is timed out of their login session. If this field is set to 0, the system default value for the organization will be used.
-
Integration Info: The Integration Info section of the page differs depending on whether or not this user has ever been approved for membership.
-
If the user has not yet been approved for membership, a setting is available to indicate how the new member should be integrated into the system.
-
If the user has already been approved for membership, a field containing the member's LaborID or RequesterID displays. Once a labor record has been associated with the member, you can right-click the Labor ID and view the labor record in a new window.
-
-
Photo: If a photo of the member has been associated with their labor or requester record, the photo will be displayed on the right side of the page.
